These terms govern your use of HeightScale (the "site"), a collection of free browser-based height and size comparison tools.

Free service

The site is provided free of charge, without accounts. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

Your content

Heights, names, colors and any other values you enter belong to you. Charts you export (PNG/SVG) are yours to use freely. We claim no rights over your inputs, and — because nothing is uploaded — we never see them.

Measurement data

Preset measurements (animal heights, vehicle dimensions, population averages) are compiled from published sources that are cited on the relevant pages. They are provided for illustration and general information, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Dinosaur figures are scientific estimates, not measurements.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its protections, or republish its original silhouette artwork as your own asset pack. Automated scraping of the site's content for redistribution is not permitted; linking to any page is always welcome.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including decisions made on the basis of displayed comparisons or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
